    • Contact information for the business AND “reply HELP for for assistance”
  • Opt-out instructions
    • Must be explicit.reply STOP to opt-out, and no further messages will be sent

Call To Action:

The disclaimer included on any section of your website where consumer data is collected—such as the Contact Us form—must contain the following information:

IF A PHONE NUMBER IS REQUIRED ON THEIR FORM

  • A ? or other explicit consent (yes/no selection, etc.) is required.
  • Or make the phone number not required.
  • Unless it’s explicitly for SMS like Chat2Text.

ALWAYS REQUIRED:

    • Not negotiable, needs to be linked.
